Privacy and personal data policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
Who processes your data
Data controller: Vladimir Kalaganov, self-employed in Russia, INN 333412617050. For any data questions: Telegram @kalaganov5, email kalaganov5@gmail.com. This policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data I receive
From the enquiry form: your name, messenger contact or email, website link and message text. Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies) is collected by analytics and advertising services only after you consent in the cookie window.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your enquiry, estimating the task, and entering into and performing a contract: your consent (Art. 6 of 152-FZ) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics and advertising: consent only (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw in cookie settings.
Where data is stored
An enquiry from the form is saved on the website server, sent to my email and duplicated to Telegram. Tasks and order correspondence are kept in Perfex CRM. Where a service is located abroad, data is transferred under the rules on cross-border transfer. For clients in the EU, transfers to third countries rely on standard contractual clauses or your consent.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that did not lead to a contract are kept for up to 1 year. Contract and invoice data is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. After that, the data is deleted.
Who it is shared with
I don’t sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising. Only the services the site runs on have access: hosting, email, Telegram, Perfex CRM, and analytics services if you consent. Each is bound by a contract or terms that require them to protect the data.
Cookies
The cookies this site uses and how to change your choice are described in the cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer.
Your rights
You can find out what data I hold about you, correct it, restrict processing, receive it in a machine-readable format, object to processing, have it deleted, and withdraw consent. You can complain to Roskomnadzor, or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country. Residents of California and other US states: I do not sell or share your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
How to exercise your rights
Message @kalaganov5 on Telegram or write to kalaganov5@gmail.com. I reply within 10 working days, and to GDPR requests within one month at the latest.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
