Working hours Telegram @kalaganov5

Working hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (09:00–18:00 Moscow)

Your WordPress webmaster

I build and maintain websites for small businesses. I fix errors and set up forms, email and enquiry tracking. You write to me directly: I estimate the task and do the technical work myself.

  • On a maintenance plan I start on an emergency within one working hour
  • $25 an hour, tracked in 15-minute steps
  • Working on websites since 2018, over 7 years

From your first message to a working website

  1. You tell me what happened A voice message and a screenshot are fine.
  2. I estimate the task I clarify what needs doing and give you a preliminary price and timeline. The first estimate is free.
  3. You agree, I do the work If the job is risky, I work on a copy of the site.
  4. I send you a report What was wrong, what I did, and how many hours it took.

Ongoing maintenance or a one-off task

Monthly maintenance makes sense if you want to hand over regular technical work and checks of your site to a specialist. For a single specific task, you can come to me as a one-off. A subscription isn’t necessarily cheaper: it includes the work done between requests.

It makes sense to check key functions regularly and agree in advance how help works when something fails. Once a month I test sending and receiving an enquiry and the agreed functions.

You check these features yourself, can arrange repairs, and accept that you may have to wait for a specialist.

Checks, updates and backups are part of maintenance and don’t use task hours. Fixes and improvements are done within the plan’s hours. Any extra cost is agreed in advance.

When maintenance starts, we agree on an extra emergency budget: $50 per month by default. If the plan’s hours run out, I can keep working within that amount. Going over it needs your approval. You pay for the work actually done.

Working hours: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (09:00–18:00 Moscow). If less than an hour is left in the day, the remaining time carries over to the next working day.

Dollar prices are approximate, calculated on 7 October 2026. Ruble prices are the base. We agree on the final amount and payment method before work starts.

One person is responsible for your website

Vladimir Kalaganov
  • You discuss the task with me. I do the technical work and answer your questions.
  • I explain things without jargon. If a technical term matters, I’ll tell you what it means for your money.
  • For website development I bring in design and copy specialists and coordinate their work. I do the technical part myself. Running ads is discussed separately.
  • I help you collect access to your domain, hosting and email, so you can manage it yourself and hand it to another specialist.
  • I understand advertising from the inside: I spent several years working with Yandex Direct and Facebook. I know how a slow site and broken conversion tracking eat your budget.

The task was to set up email addresses on two domains. Even though the mail server was set up on Cloudflare, messages weren’t reaching recipients and sometimes got lost. I want to highlight Vladimir’s professionalism: he not only helped find the best solution for new email hosting but also quickly reconfigured everything. We tested it and everything works.

Who I’m not the right fit for

  • You need a large web service or marketplace with a team of 10.
  • The goal is “as cheap as possible, no matter how”.
  • You need someone to run your ads. I only set things up so the ads are measured correctly.

Questions and answers

My site is down and my ads are still spending money. When will you start?

On a maintenance plan I start on an emergency within one working hour: Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (09:00–18:00 Moscow). If less than an hour is left in the day, the rest carries over to the next working day. One-off urgent jobs I take when I can and tell you in advance when I can start. The hour is when I start on the issue; the recovery time is clear after the check. Send me the site address, when it failed and a screenshot of the error if you have one.

What’s free and what do I pay for?

The first estimate is free. Based on your description and a look at the site, I’ll work out what needs checking and give you a rough idea of the scope. If finding the cause needs a separate diagnosis, we agree on its scope and cost in advance. I start paid work only after we’ve agreed on it. A consultation call is billed at the hourly rate.

If a fix takes 15 minutes, do I pay for the whole hour?

The minimum for a one-off job is $25, which is one hour at my rate. If the task takes less, the minimum still applies. We agree on the scope and how it’s billed before I start, so the total doesn’t come as a surprise.

How will I know how many hours you spent?

Before starting, I give you an estimate in hours and we agree on the scope. After the work, I send a report: what I checked, what I changed and how long it took. If I see that the agreed scope isn’t enough, I explain why and continue only with your approval.

What does maintenance include? Do I pay extra for repairs?

Scheduled checks, updates and backups are included and don’t use task hours. Depending on the plan, you get 2, 4 or 8 hours a month for emergencies, small fixes and agreed technical improvements. The hours are shared across both sites. If they run out, I continue emergency work at $25/hour ($25) within a budget agreed in advance, $50 a month by default. Going over it needs your approval.

Another developer built my site. Will you take it on without rebuilding it?

Yes, I can start by reviewing your existing WordPress site. I’ll look at the access details, the components and the current problem. The fact that someone else built the site doesn’t mean it needs rebuilding. If I find a component that gets in the way or needs replacing, I’ll explain why and we’ll agree on what to do next.

Will I lose orders or enquiries while you fix things?

I test risky changes on a copy first, where that’s possible. Before starting, I check the available backups and the data that needs to be kept. If the site needs to go offline briefly or be rolled back, I explain the consequences beforehand and we agree on the plan. After the changes, I test the affected features. I can’t promise zero losses before I’ve checked the site’s current state.

My developer disappeared and I have no passwords. Can you help?

We start with the site address and any emails or invoices you have. I’ll help identify your providers and prepare a request to recover access. The decision is made by the registrar or hosting company, which may ask you to confirm you’re the owner. If the domain is registered to someone else, getting the password and transferring the domain are separate tasks. I can’t guarantee in advance that such a domain will be returned.

What if you can’t fix the problem, or it comes back?

If I neither identify the cause nor resolve the problem, you don’t pay. If I identify the cause but only your hosting provider or another service can fix it, the agreed diagnostic work is chargeable. I fix errors in my own work free of charge for three months: for a new website from installation on your hosting, for other one-off tasks from completion. A new, unrelated failure is quoted separately.

You work alone. What happens when you’re on holiday?

I let maintenance clients know in advance about planned unavailability, such as holidays. Cover and access are agreed if a trusted specialist is available. Access to your site, domain and hosting stays with you, so another specialist can step in if needed.

Describe your task

The first estimate is free. From your description and a link to the site I’ll give you a rough price and timeline. If paid diagnostics are needed, we agree on them before I start. I reply within one working hour, Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (09:00–18:00 Moscow).
