Website support service agreement (public offer)

Subject

The contractor, Vladimir Kalaganov (self-employed in Russia, INN 333412617050), provides technical support, improvement and maintenance of the client’s website.

How work is done

Before starting, the contractor gives an estimate in hours. If the task turns out bigger, the contractor informs the client and continues only with the client’s approval. When maintenance starts, the parties agree on an extra emergency budget: $50 per month by default, or another amount agreed in advance. Once the included hours are used, the contractor may continue emergency work at $25/hour within this budget; going over it requires the client’s new approval. Only work actually done is paid. Extra costs are confirmed by the client in Telegram or by email; tasks and approvals are logged in Perfex CRM.

Price and payment

The rate is $25 per hour, or according to the chosen plan. Time is tracked in 15-minute increments, and every invoice comes with a report. Maintenance is paid one month in advance. Payment methods: T-Bank (Tinkoff), Sberbank, CredoBank Georgia, Mellow (Solar Staff); cryptocurrency is discussed separately. Method, currency and final amount are agreed before payment. Dollar amounts on the site are approximate.

Response times

During working hours, Mon–Fri 10:00–19:00 Tbilisi time (09:00–18:00 Moscow), the contractor starts on an emergency within one working hour on maintenance plans. If less than an hour remains in the working day, the rest carries over to the next working day. This is the start of work, not the recovery time. Outside working hours, help is provided when possible; start time and cost are agreed in advance.

Warranty

The contractor fixes errors in their own work free of charge for three months: for website development from installation on the client’s hosting, for other one-off work from completion of the agreed task. New requests, changes to the approved brief and unrelated failures are quoted separately.

Confidentiality

The contractor uses the client’s access and data only to perform the work. Involving other specialists is agreed with the client. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed on request.

Termination

Maintenance runs until the end of the paid month and is not renewed without payment for the next one. On termination, the contractor hands over access and a settings report. Backups in the client’s cloud stay with the client; the contractor keeps their copies for another 30 days, then deletes them and disables their access.
